Brian Gadsden

Brian Gadsden is the Founding Coach at a)plan coaching and Owner/CEO at COURIJ Coaching and Consulting. Brian also works as a Coach and Education Management Consultant at Think BG, Gadsden Consulting. Brian has experience as the Interim Executive Director at Urban Ed Academy, Strategic Growth Director at College Track, and Co-Founder of sf|noir. Brian previously served as Deputy Director of Administration at the Democratic National Convention Committee. Brian holds a Masters in Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School and a BA in Political Science and Sociology from The George Washington University.
