Rafe Eric Biggs

Rafe Eric Biggs, Ph.D., is a leadership coach with over two decades of experience in coaching leaders and their teams across various sectors, including technology, finance, education, and nonprofit organizations. Rafe's career commenced at Anthony Robbins Companies, where they trained thousands of sales executives. They later served as a senior leadership consultant at Mariposa Leadership and have held roles with several prestigious organizations, including Cisco Systems and Oracle. Since experiencing a life-altering event in 2004 that led to becoming a quadriplegic, Rafe has dedicated nearly two decades to mastering trauma healing and transformative growth. Currently, Rafe works as a leadership coach at a)plan coaching while also serving as a senior associate at Strozzi Institute.
