Paula A.

Paula A. is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Head of People at Apli since March 2024. With a diverse background in talent acquisition, Paula previously worked as a Tech Recruiter Specialist at Talently, where responsibilities included end-to-end sourcing and recruitment across technology positions and collaborating with the founding team to design hiring processes. As HRBP and Talent Acquisition at Phinx Lab, Paula led projects encompassing talent acquisition, team building, and climate surveys.
