Sophie Benes is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in developing and implementing HR functions across various companies. Since September 2019, Sophie has been serving as D.R.H at AplusA. Previously, at Amoéba SA, significant achievements included the creation of the HR function, development of competency qualifications, and the establishment of a comprehensive recruitment process. Prior roles include HR Manager at Acoem and SPC Consultants, focusing on recruitment, development, social relations, and legal compliance.
