Jon Emmet

Jon Emmet is a seasoned professional in the field of editing with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a Senior Editor at A&E Television since June 2011, Jon has also worked as a Freelance Avid Editor from February 2010 to June 2011. Prior to that, Jon held the position of Director of Post Production Editing and Senior Editor at Versus from December 2003 to February 2010. Additional roles include Avid Editor at E Entertainment and Atlas Media in 2003, Avid Editor at MTV Networks from 2002 to 2003, and Editor at Hurricane Entertainment from 1998 to 2002. Jon's career began at Broadway Video as a Tape Floor Supervisor (March 1994 - July 1998) and includes a role as a Tech II Master Control Operator at Group W in 1994, as well as a Master Control Operator at MTV Networks from 1989 to 1994. Jon Emmet earned an Associate's degree in Radio and Television Broadcasting from Herkimer County Community College between 1986 and 1988.
