John Williams possesses extensive experience in labor relations and loss prevention, currently serving as the Director of Labor Relations at APM Terminals since June 2005, where prior experience also includes the role of Manager of Vessel Operations. Williams held the position of District Loss Prevention Manager at both Bed Bath & Beyond from 2004 to 2005 and Ralph Lauren from 1997 to 2004. Academically, Williams earned a Master’s degree in Strategic Communication and Leadership from Seton Hall University between 2015 and 2017, following a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and Business from Clark Atlanta University, completed in 1998.
