Leo B. has extensive experience in Lean systems and business transformation across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Head of Lean Systems Strategy in Global Digital Operations at APM Terminals since September 2009, Leo has focused on implementing Lean practices and developing supportive systems to enhance terminal operations. Previous roles at APM Terminals include leading Lean initiatives in Europe and globally, contributing to improvements in safety, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Earlier positions at Sabic Innovative Plastics and GE involved managing supply chain processes and plant operations, with an emphasis on Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Leo's career began in consultancy at PricewaterhouseCoopers and includes foundational experience in logistics management at Meneba.
