Benjamin Riches

Benjamin Riches is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in technical support and business partnership. Since December 2016, Benjamin has held various roles at APM, including IT Business Partner, IT Service Desk Manager, and Senior Support Engineer. Prior to this, Benjamin worked at Evologic Pty Ltd as a Field Services Engineer and Service Desk Technician from February 2015 to December 2016. Benjamin's career began in the Department of Education & Training, Victoria, serving as a Hardware Coordinator and Local Technician from January 2011 to February 2015. Benjamin holds a degree from RMIT University, earned between 2011 and 2013.
