Julia Duke, CAE, CF APMP, is the Chief Operating Officer at APMP, where they lead operations for the global association dedicated to proposal, bid, and capture professionals. With extensive experience in orchestrating high-impact events and driving member engagement, Julia is committed to enhancing organizational excellence and delivering exceptional value to a diverse, global community. Previously, they have held various roles within APMP, including Director of Events and Corporate Membership, and have also worked in customer service, tutoring, and case management. Julia holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Shenandoah University and has developed strategic initiatives to foster professional growth in the proposal management profession.
