Shivam Kumar

Shivam Kumar is a graduate of the Institute of Hotel Management Catering Technology & Applied Nutrition, Kolkata, where they earned a B.Sc. in Hospitality and Hotel Administration with first-class honors. Having completed an internship at Taj Vivanta IT Expressway in Chennai, Shivam gained valuable experience in the Front Office and Food & Beverage departments. They previously worked as an F&B Associate at Marriott International and have held various managerial roles at Reliance Retail, including Certified Department Manager and Department Manager, focusing on operations and customer service. Currently, Shivam serves as the Store Manager at Apna Mart.
