Lenise Kim

Lenise Kim, PhD, is currently the Associate Director of Translational Medicine at Apnimed and an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Anesthesiology and Critical Care Medicine at The George Washington University. They held the position of Research Assistant Professor in the same department at The George Washington University from 2023 to 2024. Lenise completed a Doctor of Philosophy in Sleep Medicine at Unifesp - Universidade Federal de São Paulo in 2018, following a Master’s degree in the same field. They also earned a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Sciences from UFCSPA and an Associate's degree in Biotechnology from IFRS - Campus Porto Alegre. Lenise’s extensive education includes a Postdoctoral Fellowship in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine at The Johns Hopkins University.
