Patrick's experience also includes roles such as Chief Operating Officer at EagleAdz and Sales Manager at Internet Local Listings. With a background in inventory coordination and marketing, Patrick has been involved in real estate asset purchasing and seller financing at Ocean Avenue Investment Partners, Inc. Patrick holds a GED from Canyon High School and has attended California State University, Fullerton.
