Apogee Aerospace Pvt Ltd is a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) of Apogee C4i LLP, a defence technology firm founded by seasoned military veteran Wing Commander Sai Mallela (Retd.) and domain experts with decades of experience in Network Centric Warfare (NCW) systems, multi-domain integration, and sensor technologies.

Established to focus exclusively on amphibian aerospace and future of military aviation, Apogee Aerospace’s mandate encompasses:
	•	Platform Representation: Exclusive rights for India and neighboring regions to market, distribute, and support the Albatross 2.0.
	•	Mission-Specific System Integration: Aircraft-level customization and modular payload integration across defense, homeland security, and strategic mission sets.
	•	MRO Infrastructure: Development of a dedicated regional Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) facility to ensure full lifecycle support and high availability for Indian defence forces and allied operators.
	•	Indigenous Capability Building: Enabling Indian defence self-reliance by supporting the transfer of technology (ToT), integration of Indian-developed sensor suites, and future co-production possibilities under the Make in India and Aatmanirbhar Bharat frameworks.
