Michael Haspil

Michael Haspil, CP APMP, is a seasoned Proposal Analyst, Senior at Apogee Engineering, LLC, with over a decade of experience in crafting and editing responses to various government Requests for Information (RFI), Requests for Proposals (RFP), and Evaluation Notices (EN). Michael has consistently demonstrated expertise in assembling complex documents from multiple authors into cohesive narratives. Prior roles include Solutions Architect, Configuration Management Specialist, and Mission Analyst for GPS Operations, contributing to extensive operational analysis and technical editing. Michael's earlier career includes significant positions at Northrop Grumman and Booz Allen Hamilton, as well as serving as a Launch Director in the USAF. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Military History from the United States Air Force Academy and a Master of Science in Space Studies from the University of North Dakota.
