John Strasser

John Strasser is an information security leader currently serving as the Senior Director of Information Security and IT Compliance at Apogee Enterprises, Inc. With CISSP and CISM certifications, they have built and scaled security programs for enterprises with over 2,600 employees globally and shaped security protocols across entities with more than 100,000 employees. Previously, John held various roles including Chief Security Officer and Director of Information Security at Sovos, where they led security program growth through acquisitions and integration. With a commitment to developing cybersecurity talent, John has inspired and managed globally dispersed teams, emphasizing collaborative and inclusive cultures. They are pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management at the University of Minnesota Crookston.
