Robert Laduron

Robert Laduron is an accomplished manufacturing engineering professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as the Director of Manufacturing Engineering at Apogee Enterprises, Inc. since October 2021, Robert previously held significant positions at Linetec from March 2014 to October 2021, including Engineering Manager and Continuous Improvement Manager, where efforts were focused on implementing Lean Enterprise concepts. Prior experience includes a tenure at Plexus as Factory Manager and Engineering Supervisor, where Robert oversaw manufacturing execution and engineering for high-complexity electronics, as well as roles as an Industrial Engineer at Plexus and Manufacturing Engineer at Modine Manufacturing Company and Trane. Robert holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville, completed in 2002.
