Brie Getchell has extensive experience in various customer service roles, including working as a Chat Assistance Agent and a Client Services Manager. Brie has also been a mentor and trainer to new hires in customer and technical support services. Currently, Brie is responsible for supervising CSR's in Student Services and providing technical support and account-related assistance to customers at Apogee, Inc. Brie has a background in beauty consulting and has completed their education at St.Edward's University, Southwest School of Art, and Thomas A. Edison High School.
