Joe Hsu has extensive experience in leadership roles within the technology and retail sectors. Currently serving as VP of Customer at Brillion, Joe previously held multiple positions at BigTime Software, Inc., including VP of Strategic Programs and Chief of Staff to the CEO, as well as VP of Customer Success & Experience at Projector PSA. At Akkio, Joe functions as VP of Growth, focusing on go-to-market strategies. Prior roles also include VP of Strategic Partnerships and VP & GM of Enterprise Ecommerce at Optoro, along with a Senior Director position in Solutions. Joe began career development as Senior Manager of Supply Chain Development at Carter's | OshKosh B'gosh. Joe Hsu earned a B.S. in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology between 2007 and 2010.
