Franck Scémama

Franck Scémama is a seasoned CFO with over a decade of experience in financial turnarounds and mergers and acquisitions, particularly within Xerox across France, Europe, and EMEA. Currently serving as VP of Merger and Acquisition at Apogee Corporation since 2021, Franck previously held multiple critical finance roles at Xerox, including CFO for several European regions and Director of Transformation. Franck is recognized for driving significant profitability improvements and successfully completing major acquisitions, demonstrating a strong ability to build and lead teams while navigating challenging market conditions. An alumnus of Paris ESLSCA Business School with an MBA in Finance, Franck has also pursued leadership development certifications at the Center for Leadership.
