Matt Hardwick

Matt Hardwick has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Matt started their career as an ICT Project Co-Ordinator at Pollards International Ltd. in 2004 before moving on to Aberystwyth University as an Internal Software Developer and Helpdesk Advisor. In 2009, they joined Ceredigion County Council as an ICT Infrastructure Development Officer, where they handled various projects and provided support to different teams. In 2014, Matt joined Canon UK as a Senior Technology Specialist and later transitioned into the role of Senior Software Analyst. During their time at Canon, they provided product expertise, training, and support to helpdesk teams, sales, and partners, while also handling escalations and fostering relationships with external partners. Currently, Matt is working at Apogee Corporation, where they have held various roles, including Senior PS Consultant, Apps Product Manager and Technical Consultant, and Head of Product Development.

Matt Hardwick attended Aberystwyth University from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
