Joel Patrick

Joel Patrick has held a number of positions in the tech and healthcare industries. In 2008, they were a Senior Project Manager at City Gateway, a charity which aims to meet the needs of excluded women and disadvantaged young people of East London. From 2009 to 2011, they were Manager and Board Member of Lambeth Walk Group Practice, where they managed finances, resources, operations and people. Joel also achieved the highest Quality and Outcomes Framework score in practice history and increased patient satisfaction by 40%. From 2011 to 2019, they were Chief Product Officer of HealthUnlocked, the largest social network for health in the world and the no. 2 health website in the UK. From 2018 to 2019, they were self-employed as an advisor, mentor and coach to product managers and startups. From 2019 to 2022, they were Co-Founder of Preview, an invite-only platform for serious art collectors. Joel is currently Chief Product Officer of Remedy Health Media, where they are responsible for all aspects of Remedy's digital products and design.

Joel Patrick attended Criswell College from 2002 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theology and Philosophy. Joel then went on to the University of Oxford in 2007 for Additional Studies in Philosophy of Language. In 2008, they completed a Master of Arts in Philosophy from Birkbeck, University of London. In 2013, they attended General Assembly for Product Management.
