Amrish Kumar Rai

Amrish Kumar Rai has over 15 years of work experience in human resources. Amrish started their career in 2004 at Team Computers as Deputy Manager - Human Capital. Amrish then joined Max Healthcare as a Human Resources Manager, where they focused on manpower planning, recruitment, and training. In 2014, they moved to VPS Healthcare as a Human Resources Professional, where they built a strong talent pool for the organization and oversaw HR policies and compliance. Amrish then joined Sterling Hospitals as a General Manager Human Resources, where they designed HR strategies and implemented initiatives for revenue generating clinician hiring and training and development. Currently, they work at Apollo 24|7 as an Associate Vice President Human Resources, where they played an instrumental role in setting up a health tech business on an e-commerce platform and a supply chain company. Amrish is responsible for talent acquisition and managing the complete employee life cycle.

Amrish Kumar Rai completed their 10th grade at the Indian School of Learning in Dhanbad. Amrish then attended Rajkamal Saraswati Vidya Mandir in Dhanbad for their 12th grade. Amrish went on to pursue a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Commerce at Udai Pratap Autonomous College in Varanasi from 1999 to 2002. Concurrently, they also earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree specializing in Accounting and Finance. Later, from 2002 to 2004, Amrish pursued a Master of Personnel Management and Industrial Relations (MPMIR) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration at Banaras Hindu University.
