Neha Hridaya

Neha Hridaya has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Neha is currently the Head of Expansion at Apollo 24|7. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President at Leverage Edu for a short period of time in 2021. From 2018 to 2021, Neha held the position of Associate Vice President at OYO. Before that, they worked as a Strategy Consultant at Dalberg for a few months in 2018. In 2017, they worked as a Program Manager at the Centre for Science and Environment in New Delhi. Neha also has experience working at prestigious institutions such as Harvard University as a Research Manager from 2015 to 2016, and New York University as a Research Associate, where they conducted research on housing, neighborhoods, and urban policy. Neha also worked as an Environmental Engineer at Brown and Caldwell from 2008 to 2013, and as a Research Assistant at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign from 2006 to 2008, where they contributed to the development of an environmental model for assessing the environmental risk of transporting hazardous chemicals. Overall, Neha has a strong background in strategic planning, research, and project management.

Neha Hridaya completed their B. Tech in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur from 2002 to 2006. Neha then pursued their MS in Environmental Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, graduating in 2008. Later, from 2013 to 2015, they obtained a Master's Degree in Public Policy Analysis from New York University.
