Stephon Morris is a Certified UX Innovator with a background in customer service excellence and a current focus as Site Director at Apollo After School, where they pioneered interactive online platforms that significantly increased homework submission rates. They also implemented cybersecurity awareness sessions that greatly reduced digital risks. Previously, Stephon served as a Senior Client Services Representative at FeedbackNow, where they designed effective training programs that enhanced user proficiency, and streamlined onboarding processes to optimize efficiency. With an educational pursuit in International/Global Studies at The University of Georgia, Stephon is also an aspiring classical piano expert and educator.
