Donald Macfarlane is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in mechanical and marine engineering. Currently serving as Mechanical and Marine Technical Lead and Principal Engineer at Apollo Offshore Engineering since April 2011, Donald has previously held roles including Technical Manager at Prospect and Engineer at Dril-Quip. Early career experiences include Design Appraisal Engineer at Lloyd's Register and Lecturer in Mechanical Engineering at The Robert Gordon University. Donald holds a B Eng in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Strathclyde and an MSc in Structural Engineering and Computational Technology from Heriot-Watt University.
