Faisal Shaikh has had three notable work experiences. Faisal began their career at Nordstrom in 2017, where they worked as a Customer Service Representative. During their time at Nordstrom, they managed and fulfilled online orders and in-store pickups, handled customer service calls, and was responsible for closing the store and counting money bags. In 2019, Faisal joined Joinedapp as an Implementation Engineer. In this role, they successfully deployed chatbot applications on various social media platforms and connected Joinedapp middleware to customer backend platforms. Faisal utilized Joinedapp technology to set up AI-powered chatbots to drive sales growth. Faisal's most recent work experience is with Apollo GraphQL as a Customer Success Engineer, which they started in 2022.

Faisal Shaikh completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from the University of California, Santa Cruz, where they studied from 2017 to 2019. In addition to their formal education, they obtained certifications as a Graph Developer - Associate and Graph Developer - Professional from Apollo GraphQL in August 2022.
