Sriram Puthucode

Sriram Puthucode currently serves as the Head of Technical Support Engineering at Apollo GraphQL, beginning in April 2024. Previously, Sriram held the position of Senior Director and Global Head of Technical Support Engineering and Customer Success at Johnson Controls, leading a global team responsible for over $180 million in recurring revenue through the implementation of Enterprise Support Services. Sriram's extensive experience includes senior roles at Akamai Technologies, where a 25% reduction in incidents and improvements in customer service and operational efficiency were achieved, as well as significant contributions at ADP in both project management and Scrum methodologies. Earlier roles include Technical Account Manager at eClinicalWorks and Business Development Manager at Inteltek Automation. Sriram holds a Master's degree in Telecommunications and Management from Oklahoma State University and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University, along with studies at Harvard University.
