Andy Bennett

Andy Bennett possesses extensive experience in technology leadership and cybersecurity, having held significant roles such as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Apollo Information Systems, as well as Vice President of Technology and CISO at the Texas Department of Information Resources. Additional roles include Deputy CISO for the State of Texas, Director of Enterprise Identity and Access Management at the Texas Health and Human Services Commission, and Director of the Center of Excellence in Digital Forensics at Sam Houston State University. Andy also has a background in academic computing and applications migration. Educational credentials include an Ed.D. in Learning Technologies from Pepperdine University and an MS in Information Assurance and Security from Sam Houston State University.
