Hana I. has a diverse work experience that spans over a decade. Hana started their career at Apple, where they held various roles, including Specialist, Family Room Specialist, Genius Admin, New Store Opening Staff, In-Role Training Experience, and Genius. During their time at Apple, they gained expertise in troubleshooting and repairing products, educating team members on products, and providing exceptional customer service. Hana then moved on to ARON Industries, where they worked as an Executive Technology Assistant, managing the family's investment portfolio and charitable giving initiatives. Hana later joined Dapper Labs as an Executive Assistant to the Chief Technology Officer and the SVP of Engineering, and eventually became the Executive Assistant to the Chief Technology Officer and Flow Ops Coordinator. Currently, they are working at Apollo.io as the Engineering Chief of Staff.

Hana I. completed their education at Emily Carr University of Art and Design, where they obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree with a focus on Critical + Cultural Practice.
