Avinash Sharma is a seasoned Security & Loss Prevention leader with over 17 years of experience in managing security operations and risk mitigation across retail and supply chain environments. Currently, they serve as the Head of Security & Loss Prevention at Apollo Supply Chain, overseeing national operations for more than 50 warehouses and 500 security personnel. Previously, Avinash held key positions at Amazon and Reliance Retail, where they drove significant reductions in theft and developed successful loss prevention strategies.
