Michelle Bai has over 10 years of experience in the advertising industry. Michelle began their career in 2011 as a Student Supervisor at USC Bookstore, where they learned about customer service and retail work. In 2013, they interned at HS Ad North America, working in the Digital Solutions and Global Business Strategy teams. In 2014, they were a Freelance Copywriter/Copyeditor for LG Electronics at HS Ad and a Digital PR Intern at Bollare. In 2015, they were an Assistant Digital Strategist at OMD USA for Apple Music, iTunes, and Apple News. In 2017, they were a Tagging Associate (Contract) at Snap Inc. and a Global & Digital Planner at Carat for Visit California, Disney Parks, and Taylormade Golf. In 2019, they were a Digital Media Supervisor at Zenith and a Freelance Campaign Manager at Davis Elen Advertising. Currently, they are an Associate Director, Strategy & Insights and Digital Strategy at Apollo Program.
Michelle Bai completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Southern California between 2010 and 2015. Prior to that, they attended Palos Verdes Peninsula High School from 2006 to 2010. Michelle has also obtained several certifications, including Facebook Blueprint from Facebook in March 2016, Flight School from Twitter in October 2015, and ComScore MyMetrix Certified Expert from comScore, Inc. in September 2015.
