Alan Baddeley has extensive experience in the construction industry, having served as Managing Director of AR Baddeley Construction from January 1992 to January 1999 and founded Future Homes NZ Ltd, where the company developed energy-efficient homes and won the RMB National Award for the Department of Building & Housing Sustainable Home Award. Following this, Alan held various managerial positions, including Site Manager at Armitage Williams Construction Limited from August 2018 to May 2022 and Senior Site Manager at Apollo Projects since May 2022. Additionally, Alan was a Construction Senior Site Manager at Naylor Love from April 2013 to May 2018, overseeing significant projects such as the extensive rebuild of the Isaac Theatre Royal and the Burwood Hospital. Educationally, Alan attended Wanganui Collegiate School, where a focus on construction management was developed.
