Aaron Miller is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. They are currently a Co-Founder & Advisor at CustomerX.i and serve on the boards of Avaya, Little Passports, McGraw-Hill, and Tech Data. Previously, they held significant positions, including Operating Director at Berkshire Partners and Chief Operating Officer at Catalina USA. Aaron also worked as a Partner at Bain Corporate Renewal Group and was the Chairman of Apollo Portfolio Performance Solutions at Apollo Global Management. They hold a B.S. from Northwestern University and an MBA from The Wharton School.
