Alex Liao

Alex Liao is a Principal in Private Equity at Apollo, where they have been since 2022. Previously, Alex served as an Associate at Apollo from 2019 to 2022 and worked at Centerbridge Partners as an Associate focusing on Private Equity, Distressed Strategies & Special Situations from 2018 to 2019. Alex began their career as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Financial Institutions Group at Goldman Sachs from 2016 to 2018. They hold an A.B. in Economics from Dartmouth College, graduating as Salutatorian, Summa Cum Laude, and a member of Phi Beta Kappa. Alex is also a board member for Risewell Homes, New Home Co., and TI Automotive.
