Alex Wright is a Partner and Global Wealth Strategist at Apollo Global Management. Previously, Alex served as a portfolio manager for Apollo's closed-end funds, CLOs, and private BDC after joining the firm in 2011. Before that, Alex was a Senior Managing Director at GSC Group and held several roles, including Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Financial Officer. Alex began their career at Chemical Bank as a Credit Analyst and later directed origination in the Media & Communications division at IBJ Whitehall Financial Group. Alex graduated from Rutgers College with a BA in Political Science and Economics and is currently pursuing an MBA at Fordham University, while also serving on the Fordham University President's Council.
