Anning Guo

Anning Guo possesses extensive experience in the legal and corporate sectors, with a focus on M&A and private equity. Anning began with internships at Deloitte and Morgan Stanley, followed by positions at Sidley Austin LLP and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York, where Anning gained valuable insights as a summer associate and a judicial intern, respectively. Since November 2021, Anning has been an associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP, actively contributing to the firm's corporate practice. Currently, Anning serves as a legal secondee at Apollo Global Management, Inc. Anning holds a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and a certificate in management from The Wharton School, alongside a B.A. in Mathematics and Economics from Wesleyan University.
