Catherine Chen

Catherine Chen is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in commercial real estate. Currently serving as Managing Director at Apollo Global Management Inc. since March 2013, Catherine specializes in commercial real estate debt investments, focusing on loan originations, structuring, and execution. Previously, Catherine held the title of Vice President at Morgan Stanley from July 2005 to February 2013, where responsibilities included commercial real estate lending, securitization, and syndication. Catherine's career at Morgan Stanley also featured roles as Analyst and Associate in the Institutional Sales and Trading Division, emphasizing commercial real estate underwriting, lending, syndication, and management. Catherine earned an MBA from Columbia Business School in 2010 and holds a BS/BA in Business Administration and Economics from the University of California, Berkeley, completed in 2005.
