Daniel Duval

Daniel Duval currently serves as Managing Director and General Counsel for Apollo Capital Solutions at Apollo Global Management, Inc., where responsibilities include overseeing the financial services legal function for a major alternative credit business. Prior to this role, Daniel Duval was with Jefferies from July 2008 to August 2022, ultimately holding the position of MD, General Counsel, and Chief Compliance Officer for Jefferies Finance LLC, in addition to serving as General Counsel and Senior Vice President and Board Member of related entities. Earlier experience includes working as an Associate at White & Case from 2002 to 2008. Daniel Duval holds a J.D. from Cornell Law School and a B.S. with honors from Cornell University, complemented by studies at the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne.
