Dhruva Nistane

Dhruva Nistane is a Private Equity Associate at Apollo Global Management, Inc. since July 2025, with prior experience as a Restructuring & Special Situations Analyst at PJT Partners from July 2023 to July 2025. Dhruva began a career in finance as a Summer Analyst at PJT Partners in 2022, focusing on the Restructuring & Special Situations Group, and previously completed Summer Analyst roles at Scopia Capital Management LP in Long / Short Equity and Rodello Capital in Private Equity. An internship at the United States Senate in Washington, D.C. provided legislative experience. Dhruva holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from The Wharton School and the University of Pennsylvania, respectively, and attended Phillips Exeter Academy from 2016 to 2019.
