Fred Schachinger

Fred Schachinger, CFA, is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as Managing Director at Apollo Global Management, Inc. since July 2025. Previously, Fred held the position of Head of Institutional Client Group at DoubleLine from July 2014 to June 2025. Fred's extensive experience includes roles in Institutional Sales and Relationship Management at both Deutsche Bank and BlackRock, as well as serving as a Product Manager at The Hartford. Fred began a career in finance as a Research Analyst at BNY from 1999 to 2003. Fred earned a Bachelor of Science degree from The Ohio State University.
