Gary Meltzer

Gary Meltzer is an accomplished independent director and financial services leader with extensive experience in governance, strategy, and risk management. Currently serving as an Independent Director at SoFi Technologies, American Century Investments, and Apollo Global Management, Gary also provides strategic advisory services through Pontoro and Harris Ariel Advisory LLC. Previously, as Managing Partner at PwC for the Bay Area and Northwest Markets, Gary led a team of over 4,300 professionals and played a key role in the firm’s FinTech practice and financial services regulatory initiatives. Gary holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Binghamton University.
