Greg Sills

Greg Sills is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in change management, finance, and operations. Currently, Greg serves as Managing Director and Head of Change Management at Apollo Global Management Inc., a position held since 2017. Prior to this, Greg was Principal at The Sills Group, a consultancy specializing in business transformation. An accomplished leader, Greg's former roles include Executive VP & Chief Administrative Officer at Bookspan, where responsibilities encompassed restructuring and transformation efforts, and Managing Director at Neuberger Berman, overseeing corporate services during its separation from Lehman Brothers. Greg's career began as Senior Vice President at Lehman Brothers, managing significant revenue-generating operations. Educationally, Greg holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
