Jess Milne is currently the Associate Director of Transformation Management at Apollo Global Management, Inc., a position they have held since 2025. Previously, Jess worked at KPMG UK, where they served as a Manager in FS ESG Consulting, advising Private Equity clients on sustainability strategies, and as an Assistant Manager in Asset Management, conducting audits for NASDAQ and LSE-listed asset managers. Jess began their career at KPMG as a Trainee Accountant and progressed to roles including Audit Supervisor and Senior Accountant. They earned a Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting from the University of Cape Town in 2016.
