Jim Voss

Jim Voss currently serves as Chief Executive Officer at Tenneco since November 2022 and is a member of the Board of Directors for both KEM ONE and ABC Technologies. With a robust background in leadership, Jim has held various significant roles, including Portfolio CEO and Operating Adviser at Apollo Global Management Inc. since January 2011, and Chairman of the Board of Directors at VACUUMSCHMELZE until October 2023. Previous positions include President and CEO of VECTRA, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Solutia Inc., and Chief Administrative Officer at Premcor Refining. Jim Voss holds an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis, a BA in Psychology and Sociology from Maryville University of Saint Louis, and an MA in Human Resources Development from Webster University.
