John Zito is a Partner and Deputy CIO of Credit at Apollo, overseeing the firm’s global Credit business and team. John is also a member of the Firm’s Leadership Team. Apollo’s platform spans the full financing universe across public and private markets, including corporate credit, direct lending, asset-backed finance and more.
Prior to joining Apollo in 2012, John served as a Managing Director and Portfolio Manager at Brencourt Advisors and previously spent five years as a Portfolio Manager at Veritas Fund Group. John is a Chartered Financial Analyst charter holder and he graduated cum laude from Amherst College with an AB in economics.
