Jon Godsall is Partner and co-Head of New Markets at Apollo, where he is responsible for driving growth opportunities globally across asset management, retirement solutions, digital markets, wealth technology, and tax-advantaged strategies. Jon is also a member of the Apollo Leadership Team. Prior to joining in 2025, Jon was the Global co-Head of Wealth Management, Asset Management and Retirement at McKinsey & Company, based in New York, Los Angeles and Toronto.
Jon graduated cum laude from Amherst College with a BA in History, MSc in Economics from the London School of Economics, and with an MBA from INSEAD in Paris and Singapore.
