Joshua Kappel

Joshua Kappel is a highly experienced finance professional currently serving as Principal and Chief of Staff in the Office of the Co-Presidents at Apollo Global Management, Inc. since October 2021. Prior to this role, Joshua held the position of Chief Strategy Officer at Newrez LLC for a brief period in early 2021. From March 2015 to February 2021, Joshua was Vice President at Fortress Investment Group, having previously worked as a Financial Analyst. Early in Joshua's career, a foundation was built at PwC, where a Senior Associate position in Advisory and an Experienced Associate role in Real Estate Assurance were held from August 2012 to February 2015. Joshua earned a Master's Degree in Accounting and a BBA in Business/Management from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
