Julia Walker

Julia Walker is a strategic and results-driven HR professional currently serving as a Culture Analyst at Apollo Global Management. With previous experience as a Talent Transformation Consultant at IBM, Julia led initiatives to enhance HR practices and foster inclusive workplace cultures. Julia also interned at The Borgen Project, where foundational HR administration skills were developed. They are pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Psychology at the University of Pittsburgh and a Master of Science in Learning and Organizational Change at Northwestern University.
