Lena Bryant

Lena Bryant currently serves as the Head of Apollo Empower at Apollo Global Management, Inc., since November 2022, focusing on expanding opportunities for workers as a core value of the company. Prior to this role, Lena held various significant positions at Amazon from May 2015 to October 2022, including Managing Director of ESG and Director of Worldwide Community Operations. Lena’s experience at The Coca-Cola Company from March 2008 to March 2015 involved leadership as Global Program Director, where accomplishments included developing a unified vision for 19 business units. Additional roles include Managing Director at Spinnaker Management Group and HR Management positions at Mirant, Acsys Inc., and Bank of America, where foundational HR skills were developed. Lena holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Florida.
