Lori Shapiro

Lori Shapiro, CFA, is a seasoned professional in sustainable finance and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) practices. Currently serving as Director at Apollo Global Management, Inc., Lori specializes in ESG credit as part of a senior stewardship and engagement role. Prior experience includes positions at S&P Global Ratings, where Lori held various titles in sustainable finance and credit ratings, and a sales operations analyst role at Black Duck Software. Earlier experience includes internships at S&P Global Ratings, NYC Seminar and Conference Center, and Dynamic Shipping Services Private Limited, where Lori developed financial models, conducted research, and collaborated on credit ratings. Lori holds a Bachelor's degree in Business/Economics from Brandeis University and completed a semester abroad at UCL.
